Other Installation Problems
UCFyber assumes that some core files are present on the users computer. Sometimes this is not the case. To update your current version of Windows (either 95, 98, or NT) you can download and install the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Microsoft packs all their system updates into their Web browser. You don't have to use the Microsoft Browser if you don't want - just install it and leave it dormant on your computer.
After you reboot your computer, try installing UCFyber again. If the installation still fails, contact Charles Chadwell
